T-Shirt design contest for Race For The Cure
When?
Designs must be returned to any Chick-fil-A restaurant
by September 12th, 2007.
Where? Information may be obtained at any Knoxville area
Chick-fil-A restaurant (includes Oak Ridge, Maryville,
Alcoa, Sevierville and Morristown locations).
Prizes? 1st Place Winner's design will be printed on 1000 Kids for the Cure t-shirts. First, Second, and Third place winners receive great Chick-fil-A gifts.
In the Pink
Thank you for supporting the Komen Foundation and the Race for the Cure. Our work would not be possible without donations from people like you. Would you consider going IN THE PINK? For a donation of $55 (including your Race Entry Fee), you will be registered as an IN THE PINK Participant and receive a special gift of appreciation. Make sure to mark the IN THE PINK Box on the Race Application and include a check for $55.
Paint Knoxville Pink
Show your support for the Komen Knoxville Race for the Cure by finding ways to turn something at your home or office pink. Buildings covered in pink ribbons, lights, and house flags are just a start. These displays will be judged and the winner announced Race Day. To be eligible for judging, decorations should be displayed October 1-31 in celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Sleep In for the Cure:
Out of town on Race Day? Can't make it to our race location? Work nights? Or just enjoy your sleep? Then "Sleep In for the Cure®" is for you. This is a program designed for those who want to support a great cause, but are unable to race or walk. As a "Sleep In for the Cure®" participant your t-shirt will be mailed to the address on your registration.
